The Full English BreakfastWe haven't mentioned it for a while, but the F.E.B. #10, 11 and now also 12 are out! The last one comes from on-location in Sheffield, England, and has Michael Adams, Nigel Short, ECF President CJ de Mooi, plus Dortmund and Kasimdzhanov's "no draw" proposal.

About the Full English Breakfast

Mission: Bring the serious chess news analysis. VERY serious, and not at all witty. Definitely not tongue in cheek. ;)

Origins: The Full English Breakfast started life as a late night brainstorm at the 2009 GibTel (now Tradewise) Chess Festival in Gibraltar. Trent and Macauley struck up a conversation about things missing in the chess media, and hit upon the idea of doing a podcast combining the serious with the slightly sophomoric. Trent quickly brought in his pal Stevie G. dramatically raising both the intellectual and the dialectical heft of the new ensemble.

And the rest, as they say, is hysterical.

The Full English Breakfast #10

Episode #10…a diamond says, "what the hell took you guys so long!?" … The U.S. Champs, Nakamura-Ponomariov, and what's the matter with Kazan. Clips from Kamsky, Nakamura, Ponomariov, and Karjakin.

The Full English Breakfast #11

Crackin' Karjakin, a chat with Michael Adams, Feller update, and Rybka on the hook.

The Full English Breakfast #12

From on-location in Sheffield, England, we talk to Michael Adams, Nigel Short, ECF President CJ de Mooi, plus Dortmund and Kasimdzhanov's "no draw" proposal.
